My name is Allan Copp and I am a sales coach. While most sales improvement programs are presented in a group setting over a compact time frame, I take a different approach. I know that sales techniques are unique to each person. To be truly effective, a sales improvement program must focus on the individual salesperson. I strive to understand the individual's totality, then focus on the ways to strengthen the individual's entire process. Thru consistent one on one interaction, the salesperson and I will identify their individual sales process. Next we will prioritize the areas to be strengthened. Finally we will develop and implement a plan to maximize those strengths. In roughly two months, we will review our weekly interactions and set a long term plan. The entire process will lead to more individual success and satisfaction. |
